On a bright, sunny June day after the peak of wildflower season, we drove to Rowena Crest and hiked up to the Tom McCall Preserve high meadow. Above is a picture of what we climbed. Amy and I were up to the 3.4 mile challenge.
There were a few blue and white wildflowers but we only saw 2 groups of purple ones.
